Answers to common questions about AutoProtect USA vehicle protection plans.
A vehicle service contract, often called an extended car warranty, helps pay for the repair or replacement of covered mechanical and electrical parts after your factory warranty ends. AutoProtect USA markets these plans on behalf of A+ rated administrators.
Most plans carry a small deductible, and the most our customers typically pay per covered repair is $100. Claims are paid up front to the repair facility, so you are not waiting on reimbursement.
Yes. You can have covered repairs performed by the dealer or any ASE certified mechanic you choose.
AutoProtect USA offers three coverage levels: Platinum (bumper-to-bumper style coverage similar to a new-vehicle warranty), Comprehensive Named Component, and Gold powertrain-plus coverage designed for higher-mileage vehicles.
Most AutoProtect USA plans include 24-hour roadside assistance, towing, lockout and battery jump service, plus rental car reimbursement while your vehicle is being repaired.
Most vehicles under 20 years old qualify, including high-mileage vehicles that a manufacturer warranty no longer covers. Contact us for a free quote to confirm eligibility for your specific vehicle.
