We will honor opt-out requests within 15 days of receipt.

For all other requests, we have 45 days to confirm we've honored your request or explain the reasons we are unable to do so. We may extend this by up to 45 additional days if needed.

For correction requests, we evaluate whether your correction is more likely accurate than not, considering any documentation you provide. Send supporting documents to [email protected].

We may share your request with third parties depending on the request type and our data-sharing practices. We will ask third parties to comply but cannot guarantee they will. To make a data request directly from a third party, contact them directly. Some requests may prevent us from continuing to provide you products or services.
